We recently had the pleasure of helping our interstate clients with their apartment renovation. Despite being located in a different state, we were able to schedule studio appointments and Facetime calls to assist with the renovations and selection process. We also carried out updated walk-through Facetime calls to show our clients the progress we made along the four-month renovation process.

One of our main tasks was to assist in selecting all of the necessary materials, including fixtures and fittings, for the renovation. Our clients wanted their coastal family holiday home to feel fresh, light and just like a home away from home. To achieve this, we suggested adding a deep green feature tile to all of the wet areas. This added warmth, depth, and style to the space. We also incorporated timber veneers in the bathrooms, power room, and laundry, which added a touch of natural beauty to the space.

In addition to the timber veneers, we also featured a ‘Porta’ timber profile ‘Riverine’ in the Island’s bar back, this was painted in a 2pac finish with Dulux, Tranquil Retreat and in the new addition of the fourth bedroom’s external curved wall we painted this in Dulux, Lexicon. The use of timber throughout the renovation added a sense of natural beauty and warmth to the space. Our clients are thrilled with the final result and feel that their renovated apartment is the perfect space to enjoy their family holidays for many years to come.
