Our clients, Mitch and Belinda reached out to us after being referred by their local estate agent.  Mitch and Belinda wanted to do a complete renovation of their 2-storey, 2 bedroom townhouse that was currently in the rental pool. This property was in its original state and very little had been done to it over the decades.

Mitch and Belinda live in Brisbane and weren’t in a position to manage the renovation process – this is where we were able to help them out by managing the entire project for them. We started with the selections process where Mitch and Belinda visited our design studio to decide on the style they were looking for and to select their overall colour palette, design layout,  fixtures & fittings.  From here we engaged all our trades people and managed the renovation from start to completion.

Mitch and Belinda went for a modern coastal theme that was simple and timeless as it was a rental property and a smallish space, so keeping it light and bright created a more open feel.

We created an open and inviting space with beautiful vinyl flooring throughout, we carried this through the entire apartment including the staircase.

We created addition storage in the laundry with some overhead cabinetry and additional storage in the kitchen with a creative new cabinetry design.

The bathroom was also completely renovated, our budget in this room was tight, so we kept plumbing where it existed and we installed a ready made vanity that was a perfect fit with our design.

All internal doors were kept as they were in good condition – we replaced the hardware and had them painted.

We also finished off the project with new window furnishings to complete the overal look & feel of this renovated townhouse.
