When Michael contacted us regarding the opportunity to renovate his life long family owned apartment on Bilinga’s beachfront, we jumped at the chance to work with him.
Michael is so passionate about the memories that have been made and was looking forward to sharing many more with his 8 children & numerous grandchildren. We wanted a simple, yet functional transformation to be carried out.
We softened the apartment with timber look vinyl planks throughout, we added an exciting new look to the entry, boasting a hidden laundry a custom bench seat with hidden storage and a hat hooks for all the beach gear.
The kitchen was complimented with a soft blue subway feature tile. The new timber bathroom vanity worked well with the original terracotta floor tiles we were keeping.
We added new lighting throughout including feature pendant lights chosen by Michael.
The apartment was painted throughout and we added a hand basin in the toilet room.
Mandie and Kristy were fantastic. They had great ideas and discussed all possibilities with me. I was kept in the loop the entire time and the project ran extremely smoothly. I was blown away by the final product. Their ideas transformed my Unit into something very special. I will always be grateful.
