We enjoyed transforming this 1980’s villa to become a modern coastal home and all within 8 weeks.
We removed all floor coverings and Solomon’s Flooring Tweed Heads installed a gorgeous hybrid timber flooring into the living, kitchen & bedrooms creating a clean and warm feel.
The kitchen lacked functionality and storage, so we worked closely with our friends at Seaside Kitchens to create a simple, yet functional storage solution for our clients.
We created a peaceful, modern bathroom boasting a skylight for natural light to filter through. We removed the original bathtub and repositioned the shower creating what was once a busy space, now being a more open and spacious room. We tiled the floors and walls creating a seamless finish.
We also added new lighting, power & light switches and new internal doors with new hardware.
We loved every minute of this 8 week transformation. It was so rewarding working with our amazing clients as well as our reliable harding working trade partners.
We were fortunate to find Mandie and Kristy to manage our renovation of our coastal villa. After an initial consultation, we returned home interstate.
